Module of the Month: Interviewing Best Practices
Smart hiring decisions are critical to the success of your organization. Give your managers the skills they need to interview applicants and make informed and educated evaluations. Managers will learn practical tips for preparing for and conducting an interview. Example interview questions are provided that will help managers determine an applicant’s strengths and weaknesses.
Setting the Foundation for Success
To make sure your employees can implement the information they learn online, reinforce it with On-the-Job-Training (OJT). Our Success Guide, located in “Docs” within your Sunhawk X system, provides an invaluable checklist that allows you to track OJT and ensure trainees have the skills they need to be successful in their roles. Using the Success Guide encourages trainers and trainees to become active participants in reaching your company’s overall training goals.

We have added more training options for amount limits in the sale of money orders at your business. Our Anti-Money Laundering training now includes $2K, $2.5K, $3K and $10K limits.

By now, most of you have experienced (or at least heard about) Sunhawk X. But, just in case you didn’t…
What is Sunhawk? It’s the new name for the RTO LMS, and the latest version was released July 21. Sunhawk X features many upgrades to enhance the administrator and end-user experience.
The first enhancement you’ll notice is the re-designed User Interface (UI). Behind the scenes, we upgraded many standard features and added some new functionality.
