RTO, Targeted Solutions Join Forces to Deliver Web-Based Training
Convenience, foodservice vets team up to deliver Web-based training

Ready Training Online and Targeted Solutions have announced a new partnership to bring online training services to the convenience store industry.
Tom Hart, founder and CEO of Targeted Solutions, a consulting firm for the convenience channel, said, “Our industry is changing at a rapid pace. For the past five years, Ready Training Online (RTO), an Elizabethtown, Pa.-based company, has harnessed the power of the Web to become a leading force in online training for companies. Its experts offer standard courses on essential training topics including sexual harassment and diversity/violence in the workplace and custom courses specific to businesses of all sizes so they can share information, goals, ideas and objectives with employees and managers, either locally or globally.

President and CEO Jeff Kahler had more than 20 years of experience in the pizza business. He owned and operated a successful chain of pizza shops when he founded RTO in 2004.
