Execution is Money
We have all been caught up in the romanticism of inspiration. We see a vision, excite our teams, and get wrapped up in our own hype, buzzwords, data analysis, and strategic planning in conference rooms. But eventually you get slapped by that unforgiving moment of reality: we’re not executing. The most important part of the plan is to execute. The tough part is we can’t do it alone. Company and store level execution is a team effort. We can’t expect the person coming in at night to understand and meet our expectations just because we held a meeting at headquarters.
