Ensure your employees are familiar with issues surrounding food allergies as well as the proper way to respond to customer questions or concerns.

This two-module series explains food allergies, and the 8 foods that account for 90% of all allergic reactions, how to respond if a customer experiences an allergic reaction and provides a guideline for employees on the proper and safe ways to prepare food for customers with allergies.

Employees will understand their responsibility in providing accurate and honest information to customers, and to honor special requests when possible.
