Module Overview
“When you ring up a cash transaction, pay close attention to what the total is, how much cash the customer gives you, and how much change you should give back. ”
While point-of-sale systems do the calculation of cash transactions for employees, handling cash requires an employee’s full attention.
In this module, employees will watch multiple scenarios that demonstrate how to count back change in different situations. Employees will also learn about the importance of cash drops and will be reminded that every transaction is an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service.
