in the workplace.”

This module teaches employees how to recognize and handle phone scams, specifically involving prepaid credit cards and gift cards.

Several examples are provided of how scammers attempt to solicit information needed to commit fraud.

Employees will learn what a phone scam may sound like and how to respond, in addition they will gain a clear understanding of the impact phone scams have on the business.
