In this module managers will learn what their legal obligations are for hiring, how to prepare for an interview, and how to conduct an interview, including what questions to ask and what information to provide to the applicant.
This module covers federal and state regulations for conducting a fair interview, ways to prepare for the interview, greeting the candidate, suggested questions to ask and note taking during the interview.
