Module Overview
“It is against the law to sell or serve any type of alcohol products or to sell any tobacco products to customers who are not of legal age.”
This course is approved by the Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery and covers the laws specific to Vermont relating to the service of alcohol.
Employees will learn and understand their responsibilities in preventing the sale and service of alcohol to underage or visibly intoxicated persons; they will also learn proper ID checking techniques, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior.
Certification is valid for 2 years.
