California Responsible Beverage Service Training
RTO offers the California Responsible Beverage Service training to understand the material and pass the ABC alcohol server certification exam. After passing the exam, users will earn the California Alcohol Server Certification, which is valid for three years.
Florida Security, Tobacco Sales, & Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program
RTO and the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association have teamed up to bring Florida convenience stores training that covers their specific compliance needs. This program includes three modules: Robbery Deterrence and Safety, Responsible Tobacco and Nicotine Sales, and Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program.
Lexington-Fayette Kentucky Responsible Seller-Server Training
The Lexington-Fayette KY Responsible Seller-Server Training includes a downloadable list of statutes, regulations, and ordinances that each employee who sells or serves alcoholic beverages should know. This training is approved by the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government. Employees who pass the final exam will receive a printable certificate.
Maine Responsible Alcohol Sales
RTO’s Maine Responsible Alcohol Sales online course is approved by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations (BABLO). Employees who successfully complete this training will be awarded a certificate of completion that is good for three years.
Michigan Off-Premise Alcohol Sales
This compliance training course covers the Michigan laws relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Employees will learn and understand their responsibilities in preventing the sale of alcohol to underage or visibly intoxicated persons.

Upon successful completion of this course, employees will receive an electronic certificate they can upload with their online license application.
Pennsylvania RAMP Certification
Approved by the PLCB, our online RAMP course is intended specifically for businesses that have a liquor license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Successful completion of the program and a passing exam score of 80% or higher will merit a certificate valid for two years in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
South Dakota Responsible Alcohol Sales
This responsible alcohol sales training is approved by the state of South Dakota and outlines the state-specific laws relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Upon successful completion of this course, the certification is valid for 4 years.
Tennessee Responsible Vendor Program
Our Tennessee Responsible Vendor certification program is approved by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and meets state training requirements. Participants are required to take an annual refresher.
Texas TABC
This course has been reviewed and approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and covers the laws specific to Texas relating to the sale and service of alcohol. Certification is valid for 2 years (TABC-approved seller school #636718).

Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Seller and Server Training
Our Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Seller and Server training program has been approved by the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 125.17(6). Wisconsin state law requires that all sellers and servers complete a state-approved training course in order to obtain an operator’s license, which is issued to individuals to sell and serve alcoholic beverages at a licensed retail establishment.
