Selling lottery tickets is profitable for your business, but there are specific rules and laws your employees must follow.
This course presents instructions on how to operate the lottery terminal, payout winnings, change the paper, close out the terminal, and what to do if the machine goes down or there’s an error.
Employees are reminded to be especially attentive to non-lottery customers when there are a large number of customers purchasing lottery tickets.
